How are the flowers packaged?

All flowers will be beautifully presented in a gift box and delivered with your personal message.

Can I include a personal message with my order?

You can add your own personal message with your gift using the personal message box at the checkout. Your message will be printed on a stylish gift card and presented with your gift.

Can I add extra gifts to my order?

We have a range of balloons, chocolates, champagne and wine to make your gift extra special. You can select your extra gift at the checkout.

Yes - You can check all delivery dates available for a particular product by using the calendar at the checkout.

How will I know when my order has been delivered?

As deliveries are carried out over the full working day, we are only able to provide confirmation of delivered gifts 24 hours after your chosen delivery date.

Before what time must I order for same day and next day delivery?

For same day flowers, make sure you place your order by 2pm Monday to Saturday.

For next day delivery place your order by 8pm Monday to Friday.

What happens if the recipient is not at home when the delivery is made?

If there is no one available to receive delivery our courier will follow any delivery instructions provided and leave a delivery card stating the item's location. In the event that the courier is unable to leave the order securely, the driver may return the item(s) to their local depot and leave a delivery card giving the recipient the option to call to reschedule delivery or collect the order from the courier's local delivery depot. If no action is taken, the courier will normally re-attempt delivery the following working day. Please note that only one re-delivery attempt will be made.

What is the substitution policy?

Many flowers are seasonably available and this may vary depending on region and country. As a result, the florist may need to substitute one flower variety or plant, or indeed packaging and sundry items, for another. When doing so, Bloomin' Marvellous florists must adhere to strict substitution guidelines detailed below.

  1. Any substitution will be of superb quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. The colour and shape of the chosen product must take priority and no change in size or shape is permissible.
  3. The value of the replacement flower or plant will be equal to, or greater than, the original variety.
  4. When substitution is made, the utmost care is taken to provide flowers or plants which maintain the overall effect of the gift. Exchange rates, regional availability and the seasonality of the blooms may affect international deliveries.
